Beerwulf (part of HEINEKEN) is an online specialty shop and marketplace active in 10 countries. Beer enthousiasts can have bottled beers, draught systems The SUB and BLADE, as well as draught kegs delivered straight to their home. On the website, they can also find information and inspiration about beers and breweries.

OBJECTIVE:
Beerwulf is aiming to get to know its customers better, in order to offer them truly relevant, personal experiences in real time and at every contact point. MCP makes it possible to tailor product offers and content to the individual customer. An optimal setup and implementation is important to get the best results.

PROJECTS:
CloseContact maintains and implements functionalities for MCP on the Beerwulf website and in emails. We develop triggered journeys, innovate custom content block email functionality and organize campaigns. We also provide support with managing and setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automations and Journeys.
