Role:

As data analyst, you will be initiating development and implementation of new data and marketing automation processes and perform the relevant operational tasks. Your main goal is to ensure that our clients’ marketing activities run efficiently and smoothly through automation.

You will be checking that data availability and quality is sufficient to perform the required selections and execute campaigns and performing selections on databases, using advanced Marketing Automation platforms.

You will also be managing the CRM life cycle campaigns we implement for our clients. This entails (among other things) setting up multi-step campaigns, high-level reporting and processing data for third parties such as call centers, sales, front office and print and fulfillment partners.

You will be part of our Customer Insights Department and working closely with Project Management, Campaign Development / Management and several other Marketing Automation specialists. We also offer the chance to grow into sr Data Analyst / Architect in our Customer Insight department.

Requirements:

  • Degree level HBO (Bachelor’s degree) or higher
  • Knowledge of online marketing and database marketing 
  • At least 2 years’ experience with database selection and analytics tools, knowledge of SQL is required
  • Experience with Marketing automation platforms and Business Intelligence tools like Power-Bi is highly desirable
  • Independent and methodical way of working and an enterprising, innovative and pro-active attitude combined with an excellent sense of responsibility and analytical skills
  • Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
  • Good verbal and written skills in English are essential
